Client Legal Agreement

This document comprises the definitive Terms and Conditions of Service and the Privacy Policy for all users of CryptoHavenPro ("CHP").

Effective Date: December 6, 2025 | Please read both sections entirely before proceeding.

PART A: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

2. Contractual Agreement and Acceptance

By accessing or using any services, applications, products, and content provided by CryptoHavenPro, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, which are collectively referred to as the "Agreement." If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to enter into this Agreement.

3. Client Eligibility, Account Creation, and Compliance

3.1.Registration

Account Registration and Eligibility

To access the managed investment services, proprietary trading platforms, or any other professional services offered by CryptoHavenPro ("CHP"), you must first complete a formal registration process and establish a verifiable Account ("Account").

Mandatory Registration: Membership is not automatic. To become a client, you are required to submit a comprehensive application through the official CHP interface.

3.2. Account Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials (passwords, 2FA codes).
  • You must immediately notify CHP of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
  • You agree not to create an account for anyone other than yourself unless you are an authorized institutional representative.

4. Service Provision and Financial Risk Disclosure

4.1. Description of Services

CHP provides managed digital asset investment services, primarily through proprietary quantitative trading strategies and large-scale, low-cost crypto mining operations. We act as a technology-driven asset manager, not an exchange or a custodian of unregulated retail funds.

4.2. Deposit and Withdrawal

Deposits must be made using verified financial channels (fiat via validated bank accounts or crypto via whitelisted public wallet addresses). Withdrawals are subject to standard processing times and mandatory compliance checks. CHP reserves the right to impose limits or hold withdrawals for regulatory review.

5. Intellectual Property and Limited License

5.1. Ownership

All content, trademarks, logos, proprietary trading algorithms, software, and intellectual property related to the CryptoHavenPro platform and its services are the exclusive property of CryptoHavenPro and its licensors.

5.2. License Restriction

CHP grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for its intended purpose—managing your investments. You are prohibited from copying, modifying, reverse engineering, or exploiting any part of the platform or its proprietary source code.

6. Termination, Indemnification, and Governing Law

6.1. Termination

CHP reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any term of this Agreement, engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities, or if required by a legal or regulatory body.

6.2. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CryptoHavenPro, its affiliates, directors, and employees from any claim, demand, liability, damage, or loss (including legal fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

6.3. Governing Law and Arbitration

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Governing Jurisdiction Here, e.g., United Kingdom or Delaware], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in [Insert Arbitration Location] in accordance with [Insert Arbitration Rules, e.g., AAA Rules].
